How to order?
To order you click on the shopping cart near the product description. Cart processing and ordering takes place via the secure server of Mal's e-commerce.
You may also call us to place your order.

Payment
Payment is by credit card (via PayPal) or by bank transfer. Credit card payment is not via PayPal when you call us to order.
If you select pre-payment by bank transfer you will receive an order confirmation by email with the total amount and details of our HSBC bank account in the UK.
Only after our confirmation 30 day credit terms is available.

Tax
For delivery to the UK, we charge VAT (19%). Companies can mention their VAT-number. With a valid VAT-number we will not charge VAT. You can check your VAT-number on the EC website.

Shipping cost
Shipping is done by DHL Europlus DayDefinite. Shipping and handling costs for UK mainland are £10.00 (£11.90 incl.VAT).

Delivery time
The actual stock is indicated as follows:

If the products are in stock, then your order will be shipped the next working day. DHL transit time is 2-3 working days.
